"I have had State Farm for a few years and did not have any issues until December 2024. I moved and updated my renter's insurance policy. I did everything on my own and just needed the old policy canceled. The rep with Aaron's office called me to confirm but canceled the new policy I just signed up for. Called multiple times to get this updated and each time I was told it had been updated it was not. So for 5 months at my new address, if anything happened I was not covered. I asked for a refund of the renter's insurance I paid for 5 months at an address I did not live at was told by Brock, "You will not receive a refund. It was just a clerical error." No apology of this or anything. This was a completely unacceptable response."

Our decision to go with another option was based only on a limited timeframe to make a choice and not at all based on the agent. Honestly had we had more time and been looking to change our homeowners policy at this exact time we would have gone with Cam solely because of how much he cares and the way he makes the true effort to connect with and relate to potential clients almost as though he is speaking to a friend he’s helping rather than just another client who is paying him"
